This Cinnabon recipe will have you making Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls at home on a regular basis. This copycat Cinnabon recipe may even be better than the cinnamon rolls you get at Cinnabon. Plus you can tell everyone you made them and nothing beats homemade cinnamon rolls.

Ingredients
Cinnabon Dough Ingredients
1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 cup warm milk
½ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup softened butter
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
4 cups flour
Cinnamon Rolls Filling Ingredients
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbsp cinnamon
⅓ cup butter, softened
Cinnabon Icing Ingredients {You can double this recipe is you want more icing!}
6 tbsp butter
1½ cups powdered sugar
¼ cup cream cheese
½ tsp vanilla
⅛ tsp salt
While the rolls are baking, mix all icing ingredients and beat well with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Notes
We know that making homemade cinnamon rolls can be time-consuming and that you may not want to rise at the crack of dawn so you can have them ready for breakfast. You can make these the night before instead...and just let them rise for the 2nd time in the morning and bake.
Simply make this recipe up to the point where you cut your rolls and put them in the pan. Once they’re cut and in the pan, instead of letting them rise, cover them and put them in the fridge.
Take them out in the morning, let them rise for the second time, and then bake as instructed. {Please note that it will take a little longer for them to rise as they will be cold from being in the fridge. Allow for 15-30 minutes longer for rising.}
